Once reached, the Sales of my Roasted Coffee to the public ceases and my focus becomes 100% Take Care of my Client/Partners - The holders of the 100 Contracts will control 100% of the Coffee production Capacity. From that point forward I will only Roast for Members.
CLUB BENEFITS of NFT HOLDERS
COFFEE - you get the right to buy Roasted Coffee to your spec at $20/# or $108/6# case. That is currently 5-15$/# below the retail website rate. You have the rights to 1/100th my production capacity monthly. Currently 100#s per NFT Smart Contract Position per Month.
Condo - Air BnB Studio Use - Priority Rights - means: Accrue .75 Stay Nights per month of paid dues on the Smart Contract, in lieu of 2#s of Coffee. You can also ADD this as an ADD ON monthly to your standing order. Nights can be cashed back into goods or services, its all fungible. You use our Air BnB calendar to see if the suite is open. Than just text or e-mail scramblin@foodforestfarms.com the open dates you would like to block out.
Cashflow - Junk Silver HODLing
Every NFT position has the right to take $40 of junk silver 50 cent pieces, at spot on the 13th of the month. Until I run out. You can either take $40 in lieu of coffee OR can ADD ON $40/month. So MAX Silver/Month $80
Consulting Services - the best bonus IF you use it, Pretty much unlimited, until i need to throttle you back. but mostly, I'm available to my Client / Partners for spontaneous creation sessions. If your project becomes true consulting level vs. sharing knowledge, you can "Bank Time" at 1 hard working hour of thought time per $40. On calls, in person, text or DM conversations. You got it!
OBLIGATIONS of Contract HOLDERS
You are agreeing to send me $40 in US Fiat or other agreed upon exchange by the 15th of the month, every month ongoing until you quit, or SELL your contract position.
I am agreeing to send you $50 in Retail Goods from any of my web stores. You receive an immediate 20% SAVINGS.
Your 2nd month and every month there after you will be invoiced on the 15th through Square Trade to the e-mail provided at checkout. It's best if you authorize auto pay on your first Square Trade invoice. (has to be turned on - on your side). It helps us automate and focus on product excellence, not invoicing and collecting. OR you can pay in BTC - in ADVANCE. Those are the ONLY 2 OPTIONS for you to keep your Contract position active
Contracts that are inactive for 31 days revert back to the property of Food Forest Farms.
